Who is Influgen best for?
Influgen is strongest for solo operators, creator managers, agencies, and commerce teams that need a repeatable AI influencer workflow instead of a single prompt box.
How many reference photos should I upload?
Start with 8 to 15 clean photos for serious character work. One strong primary image plus a few supporting references is enough for testing, but more high-quality coverage usually improves face consistency.
Do I need a custom LoRA?
No. New characters start with IP-Adapter-style face locking. Train a LoRA only when the character already matters and the default tier is no longer stable enough.
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed by generation-heavy workflows such as image creation, video creation, motion transfer, talking head, and LoRA training. Plans include monthly credits, and you can buy packs for bursts.
What happens when a connected platform needs reconnecting?
Tokens can expire or be revoked. Reconnect the platform from Settings, complete the callback flow, and retry the pending publish. You usually do not need to regenerate the content item.
Can I test the product before paying?
Yes. New accounts start with a 7-day trial and 50 credits.
Which plan includes API access?
Public API key access is currently available on the Agency plan.
Is SSO available?
Not end to end yet. The enterprise API exposes an SSO placeholder with planned SAML and OIDC integration points, but the full setup surface is not active today.
Can I self-host all generation?
Not all workflows. The built-in self-hosted adapter currently focuses on image generation tasks. Advanced workflows may require a custom adapter.
