Brand Deals
Influgen's brand-deal workflow is built for operators managing several characters at once. The key idea is simple: applications are tracked at the workspace level, but every application still belongs to a specific character.
How the workflow works
The current product experience centers on:
- browsing open opportunities
- applying with a selected character
- submitting a pitch
- tracking status across the workspace
- withdrawing open applications before review
Application states shown in the UI include:
- applied
- accepted
- rejected
- completed

What makes a strong application
The best applications are character-specific, not generic. A good pitch explains:
- why this specific persona fits the brand
- what the audience relationship looks like
- what content angle the character can deliver
- why the campaign fits the niche
Weak pitches sound like copied agency boilerplate.
Character fit matters more than audience size
Because AI influencer operations can move quickly, the temptation is to apply everywhere. Resist that. The brand-deal layer works best when the character already has:
- a stable visual identity
- a believable niche
- content examples that match the opportunity
- a clean media kit
Important product distinction
This brand-deal workflow is different from the character-template marketplace documented in the API section. Brand deals are monetization opportunities. Marketplace listings are reusable character assets you can buy or sell.
