Content Queue

The Content Queue is your command center for managing all generated content. View, edit, schedule, and track every post your AI influencer creates.

Understanding the Queue​

The queue displays all content for the selected character in chronological order.

Queue Views​

Grid View​

  • Visual overview - Thumbnails of all images
  • Quick status check - Color-coded status indicators
  • Batch selection - Select multiple posts at once

List View​

  • Detailed information - Captions, dates, stats
  • Easier editing - Quick access to edit buttons
  • Better for management - Ideal for scheduling and organization

Switch between views using the toggle in the top-right corner.

Content Statuses​

Each piece of content has a status that indicates where it is in the workflow.

Draft​

Content has been generated but not scheduled.

Actions available:

  • Edit caption, hashtags, or image
  • Schedule for posting
  • Post immediately
  • Delete

What happens:

  • Sits in queue indefinitely
  • Doesn't consume posting slots
  • Can be edited unlimited times

Scheduled​

Content is set to post at a specific date and time.

Actions available:

  • Reschedule to different time
  • Edit before post date (changes are saved)
  • Cancel scheduling (returns to Draft)
  • Delete

What happens:

  • Waits in queue until scheduled time
  • Automatically posts when time arrives
  • Cannot be edited after posting starts

Posting​

Content is currently being published to Instagram.

Actions available:

  • None (process is in progress)

What happens:

  • Content is being uploaded to Instagram
  • Usually takes 30-90 seconds
  • Automatically moves to "Posted" when complete

Posted​

Content has been successfully published to Instagram.

Actions available:

  • View on Instagram
  • View engagement stats (coming soon)
  • Archive
  • Delete (from Influgen, not Instagram)

What happens:

  • Permanent record in queue
  • Tracked for analytics
  • Can't be edited (already live on Instagram)

Failed​

Posting attempt failed due to an error.

Actions available:

  • Retry posting
  • View error details
  • Edit and reschedule
  • Delete

What happens:

  • Error message displayed
  • Can diagnose and fix issue
  • Content remains in queue for retry

Queue Management​

Filtering Content​

Filter the queue by:

  • Status - Show only Drafts, Scheduled, Posted, or Failed
  • Date range - Content created or posted within specific dates
  • Search - Find content by caption keywords

Sorting Options​

Sort content by:

  • Creation date - When content was generated
  • Scheduled date - When content is set to post
  • Status - Group by Draft, Scheduled, Posted, etc.
  • Performance - Highest engagement first (Posted content only)

Bulk Actions​

Select multiple pieces of content to:

  • Schedule all - Set all selected to post at staggered times
  • Delete all - Remove multiple items at once
  • Export - Download content and captions
  • Change status - Bulk status updates

Scheduling Content​

Manual Scheduling​

Schedule individual posts:

  1. Click Schedule on any Draft content
  2. Choose date and time
  3. Preview posting schedule
  4. Confirm

Time zone: Scheduling uses your account's time zone (configurable in Settings).

Auto-Scheduling​

Let Influgen schedule content automatically:

  1. Select Draft content (one or multiple)
  2. Click Auto-Schedule
  3. Choose date range (e.g., "next 2 weeks")
  4. AI distributes posts at optimal times
  5. Review and confirm

Optimal times are based on:

  • Your niche's peak engagement hours
  • Character's posting frequency settings
  • Instagram algorithm best practices

Batch Scheduling​

Schedule a week or month of content at once:

  1. Generate batch content (e.g., 10 posts)
  2. Select all generated content
  3. Click Batch Schedule
  4. Set start date and posting frequency
  5. Influgen creates a complete schedule

Example: 10 posts, starting Monday, 3x per week = 3.5 weeks of scheduled content.

Editing Content​

Edit Caption​

  1. Click Edit on any content
  2. Modify the caption text
  3. Adjust emojis and formatting
  4. Save changes

A/B Testing: Create multiple caption variants to test which performs best (Pro feature).

Edit Hashtags​

  1. Click Edit Hashtags
  2. Add, remove, or modify hashtags
  3. See hashtag suggestions based on niche
  4. Save changes

Hashtag tips:

  • Mix popular and niche-specific tags
  • Use 10-30 hashtags for maximum reach
  • Avoid banned or spammy hashtags

Regenerate Image​

If you don't like the generated image:

  1. Click Regenerate Image
  2. Wait 60-90 seconds
  3. Preview new image
  4. Accept or regenerate again

Cost: Each image regeneration uses credits.

Note: Caption and hashtags remain the same unless you edit them separately.

Regenerate Caption​

Keep the image, get a new caption:

  1. Click Regenerate Caption
  2. AI creates a new caption
  3. Review and accept, or regenerate again

Cost: Minimal credits (caption generation is cheaper than images).

Queue Organization Tips​

Maintain a Buffer​

Always keep 1-2 weeks of scheduled content ready:

  • Protects against gaps in posting
  • Gives you time to review before it goes live
  • Reduces stress and last-minute scrambling

Regular Review​

Set a weekly routine:

  • Monday: Review upcoming week's scheduled content
  • Wednesday: Generate new content to replenish queue
  • Friday: Check performance of posted content

Color Coding (Coming Soon)​

Tag content with colors:

  • 🟢 High priority / Best performers
  • 🟡 Testing / Experimental
  • 🔴 Needs review / Flagged
  • 🔵 Campaign / Event specific

Queue Automation with Autopilot​

When Autopilot Mode is enabled:

Automatic Generation​

  • Influgen generates content to maintain buffer
  • Keeps queue filled based on posting frequency
  • No manual intervention needed

Automatic Scheduling​

  • New content is scheduled automatically
  • Optimal posting times selected by AI
  • Consistent posting schedule maintained

Automatic Posting​

  • Content publishes to Instagram at scheduled time
  • No need to monitor or click "Post Now"
  • Hands-free operation

How to Monitor Autopilot​

  • Check queue daily for quality
  • Review scheduled content before it posts
  • Disable Autopilot if you want manual control
  • Adjust settings if content quality drops

Content Analytics (Coming Soon)​

Future updates will show:

  • Engagement rate - Likes, comments, saves per post
  • Reach - How many people saw each post
  • Best performing content - Top posts by engagement
  • Hashtag performance - Which hashtags drive the most reach
  • Optimal posting times - Data-driven scheduling recommendations

Exporting Content​

Download content for backup or external use:

  1. Select content to export
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format:
    • Images only (ZIP file)
    • Captions only (CSV or TXT)
    • Complete posts (Images + Captions)
  4. Download

Use cases:

  • Backup your content library
  • Share content with clients for approval
  • Post manually to Instagram if needed
  • Repurpose for other platforms

Troubleshooting​

Content Stuck in "Posting"​

If content stays in "Posting" status for more than 5 minutes:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Check Instagram connection status
  3. Retry posting manually
  4. Contact support if issue persists

Scheduled Content Didn't Post​

Possible reasons:

  • Instagram account disconnected
  • Insufficient credits at post time
  • Instagram API issues
  • Content violated Instagram policies

Solution:

  • Check error message in Failed status
  • Fix the issue (reconnect, add credits, etc.)
  • Reschedule the content

Queue Loading Slowly​

If the queue is slow to load:

  • Clear browser cache
  • Use List View instead of Grid View
  • Filter by status to reduce items shown
  • Check internet connection

Missing Content​

If content appears to be missing:

  • Check filters (might be filtered out)
  • Verify you're viewing the correct character
  • Check Archive (content may have been archived)
  • Contact support if content was deleted accidentally
