Credits System
Influgen uses a credit-based system for AI generation tasks. Each operation consumes a specific number of credits based on computational requirements.
How Credits Work
Credits are consumed when you generate AI content. Your credit balance is shown in the top navigation bar, and you'll receive notifications when running low.
Credit Costs
Different operations consume different amounts of credits:

| Video Generation | 8 credits | Create a short-form video (up to 60 seconds) |

Free Tier
New accounts start with 50 free credits to help you explore Influgen's features before committing to a paid plan.
This is enough to:
- Create your first character (5 credits)
- Generate 15 sample images (45 credits)
- Or create 5 videos with captions (45 credits)
Monthly Credit Allocations
Each paid plan includes monthly credits:
- Starter Plan: 50 credits/month
- Growth Plan: 200 credits/month
- Agency Plan: 500 credits/month
Credits reset on your billing date each month and do not roll over.
Credit Packs
Need more credits mid-month? Purchase one-time credit packs:
- 100 credits - $9
- 250 credits - $20
- 500 credits - $35
- 1000 credits - $60
Credit pack purchases never expire and stack on top of your monthly allocation.
Tracking Your Usage
Monitor your credit usage in real-time:
- Dashboard: View current balance in the top navigation
- Billing Page: See detailed usage history
- Email Notifications: Alerts at 25%, 10%, and 0% remaining
What Happens When You Run Out?
When your credits hit zero:
- Generation tasks will pause
- Your existing content remains accessible
- You can purchase credit packs or upgrade your plan
- Monthly credits will refill on your next billing date

Optimize Your Usage:
- Use caption generation first (1 credit) before committing to images (3 credits)
- Generate face variations during character setup to avoid regeneration (5 credits each)
- Batch content creation to make the most of your monthly allocation
Plan Ahead:

- Upgrade if you're consistently running out mid-month
