Creating Your Account

Getting started with Influgen is quick and easy. You can sign up using email, Google, or Facebook authentication.

Sign Up Methods​

Email Sign Up (OTP)​

  1. Go to influgen.ai
  2. Click Sign Up or Get Started
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your inbox for a one-time password (OTP)
  5. Enter the OTP code to verify your email
  6. You're in! 🎉

Note: The OTP code is valid for 10 minutes. If it expires, simply request a new one.

Google Sign Up​

  1. Click Continue with Google on the sign-up page
  2. Select your Google account
  3. Grant Influgen permission to access your basic profile information
  4. You're automatically logged in

Facebook Sign Up​

  1. Click Continue with Facebook on the sign-up page
  2. Log in to your Facebook account (if not already logged in)
  3. Authorize Influgen to access your basic profile
  4. You're ready to start creating

After Sign Up​

Once you've created your account, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can:

  • Create your first character - Start building your AI influencer
  • Explore the platform - Familiarize yourself with the interface
  • Check your credits - See your free starter credits

Free Trial​

New accounts automatically receive:

  • 50 free credits to get started
  • Access to all core features
  • Ability to create 1 character on the Starter plan

You can upgrade anytime to unlock more characters and features.

Troubleshooting Sign Up Issues​

Not Receiving OTP Email?​

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you entered your email correctly
  • Wait 1-2 minutes (sometimes emails are delayed)
  • Try requesting a new code

Social Login Not Working?​

  • Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser or incognito mode
  • Ensure you're not blocking third-party cookies

Account Already Exists?​

If you see a message saying your account already exists:

  1. Try logging in instead of signing up
  2. Use the Forgot Password option if you signed up with email
  3. Try the social login method you originally used
